ROTA manufactures its hot metal forged products with 80 employees in its factory on a total area of 10,000 m2 with 5.000 m2 indoor area in Karacabey town of Bursa city.

Hot metal forged parts of the ROTA-branded steering and suspension products are manufactured with an annual forging capacity of 12.000 ton thanks to its friction presses and gravity hammers. Hot metal forging factory manufactures carbon and alloy steel parts in various sizes and shapes, weighing from 0.10kg up to 15kg.

We manage any process that demands high-technology, information and high standards and that ranges from mechanical drawing to mold processes, from solid modelling to its final shape in vertical machining centers ''under a single roof''. Our Hot Metal Forging Factory has an integrated organization with its quality laboratory, product development, molding shop, hot forging and machining units.

Hot metal forging operations of ROTA-branded steering and suspension systems are carried out by NSK Hot Metal Forging under the NSK Group.

Rubber - Metal

 NSK Hot Metal Forging manufactures rubber-metal components according to OEM standards. New product validation and mass production control tests are carried out by multi-axis durability test machines at the test center of the NSK Group.
